Think I need to add more weights & lessen my reps in the gym
I’ll do 3 sets of 10 reps, but only like 3 or 4 of the reps i actually can feel the burn or feel like I’m actually having to push through
Should I start posting gym videos ?
Not that I have a trainer or (actually) know that my form & things are right, but I feel I’m getting better every time I go.
