@VenmoSupport @Uber_Support I've been successfully using my account with Uber and Uber Eats, until this afternoon and evening when several transactions were declined, despite the fact that I have the funds available and there are no other issues with my account that I can see.

@Walmart I made an in-store purchase today and discovered after getting home that 1 of my items had only 1 of the 2 tubes that were supposed to be in the box. Unfortunately, I have no way of going back to the store for a refund. Can anything be done?

@DanHanger Yes, there were two bystanders who called 911 as soon as they realized what happened. The officials arrived several minutes later and one officer took the bag the man had left on the ledge. With the angle of the camera, I did not see if the person got out, but I doubt they did.

@DanHanger It was between 4:30-5:00pm Tuesday. Unfortunately, you can only rewind 12 hours back on the stream. I would have taken a clip, but was pretty shaken up as I saw it happen live.
