[Ethan Clark wx @EthanClarkWX]

NWS has fired meteorologists as a direct result of upper-level heads telling them to do so. Let me be clear, people will die because of this. Absolutely insane.. I have no words for it. I’ve spent all day I mean all day in meetings with both republicans and democrats fighting.

[Becky Taylor @_becky_taylor]

@RepJimmyPanetta Were you able to get this meeting, Representative?

[Becky Taylor @_becky_taylor]

6.2" south of Baldwin City, KS

[Becky Taylor @_becky_taylor]

Every. Single. Morning. From 3:30-4:30am, my @Starlink disconnects multiple times. There can't be that many updates getting pushed through. What is happening? Really frustrating seeing as I work from home on the graveyard shift.

[Becky Taylor @_becky_taylor]

@DaniFord08 Shortest outage I've ever been a part of 😂

[Becky Taylor @_becky_taylor]

Just popping over here to see if Starlink is down...I swear, I don't use this app for anything but checking outages 🤷

[Becky Taylor @_becky_taylor]

Aurora south of Baldwin City, KS!!

[Becky Taylor @_becky_taylor]

Turns out, I only come over here whenever Facebook and Insta are down. Anyone else??

[Becky Taylor @_becky_taylor]

@Majic1077 I'll listen to Christmas music at any temperature 😂, but the next couple weeks do look rather warm...

[Becky Taylor @_becky_taylor]

This is so crazy!

[WeatherNation @WeatherNation]

We made a timeline of how quickly conditions went downhill in NYC this afternoon as a huge plume of smoke moved through the city.

[Becky Taylor @_becky_taylor]

Ok, thanks for the rain mother nature...but I think that's enough now

[Becky Taylor @_becky_taylor]

@RyanMatoushWX It took me a good long while to get to work again lol it's FLOODED

[Becky Taylor @_becky_taylor]

These little guys are packing a punch this afternoon! We needed it though!

[Becky Taylor @_becky_taylor]

Me and @KatieG_Reporter just trying to make it through the shows today with coherent sentences.

[Becky Taylor @_becky_taylor]

@RyanMatoushWX I don't remember what the risk was, but they may or may not have been there for the Lawrence tornado 😂

[Becky Taylor @_becky_taylor]

The girls requested that we watch Twister first thing this morning. I feel like I've reached peak motherhood.

[Becky Taylor @_becky_taylor]

Show of hands...who woke up to a dirty car after the storms last night?? #kswx

[Becky Taylor @_becky_taylor]

@DKilloren So are you driving south right now?

[Meteorologist Katie Nickolaou @weather_katie]

I’d like to see a widely adopted policy in the news industry that there are no live shots at the scene of a crime until the individual responsible is confirmed to be in custody.

[Becky Taylor @_becky_taylor]

I just have to say, that was THE WORST drive into work I have ever EVER had. Check https://t.co/JzHtBrQsOo before you head out the door if you live east of Topeka, especially.

Shout out to the fireman who followed me on K-10 to make sure I made it safely!
