@British_Airways Hi Neil, we came in on BA 415. We were unable to get the name of the agent as she was quickly ushering us away from the help desk which she claimed was closing at 10:30, even when more flights were still arriving. 1/2

@British_Airways Hi Neil, I did report the bag missing to one particularly uninterested member of BA staff. I was then advised to report the bag missing online and leave baggage reclaim. Did so, then received a text directing me back to the desk. Ridiculous.
