Sure it might work once in a big number, but that's luck.

If you bought in the first place and target still hasn't hit, best you can do, is ADD.

When you sell, seeking to buy back lower, few things can happen, it actually goes lower, but you keep waiting for a lower low + if it slightly pumps you're going to be waiting for a new low again, it's like trying to time a low.

Then it pumps back, you keep waiting for it to go just a little bit lower to buy, then it keeps going higher.
