Puinoon: When the first trailer came out, especially the very first pilot, I got a lot of criticism. There were so many comments about me.

Some people even came directly to my page and left around 10,000 comments, saying that I wasn’t suitable to play Police Lieutenant Pheem because they had read the novel and had very high expectations for the character. They said my appearance and even my personality didn’t really feel like a police officer. I remember thinking, “Oh my god, maybe I should just give up.” 😭

I actually thought about giving up on acting. My dream had always been to become an actress, but when I came across all those comments, it really affected me. I almost gave up on that dream.

But then I turned around and saw my mom. She told me, “Mom will always be here by your side. If you feel like you can’t do this anymore, you can always come back and help Mom make and sell sacred amulets like before.” 🥺

And honestly, when I looked at my mom, I saw that she was still struggling and working really hard herself.

So I thought, “If Mom can keep fighting, then I have to keep fighting too.” 🥹

I took every criticism and every negative comment and used them as motivation to push myself and keep improving.

My mom also told me, “You’re not like Police Lieutenant Pheem yet, right?” So I decided to actually train like a real police officer.

I went to train with real police officers so I could learn what it was really like. I learned things like how police officers walk and how they need to move with agility.

I even went to observe real police officers at work to see what they actually do during investigations.

And I also took additional action training, because there are a lot of action scenes in the series. 🥊🔥
