@Mobyhaque1 Feels like we’ve been set back so much by the last season but so much went wrong and so much can and needs to change so could be back quicker than we know.
Liverpool have already held talks for Ayyoub Bouaddi.
Any deal would likely cost at least £60m, yet the number could rise if the Lille midfielder shines for Morocco at the World Cup.

People commenting negatively on the officiating. I think he’s been excellent. Clearly denies a goal scoring opportunity, no intention but to stop the attack. Clear red.
The Azteca is a proper football stadium. The whole tournament should've been in Mexico, but that wouldn't earn FIFA the money they want. No one would have visa issues. Everyone would be welcomed with grace. A proper world cup atmosphere.
@Shannxo No he’s a hypocrite for criticising the appointment, saying he doesn’t like the way the club is headed and saying they should’ve got Alonso then posting that.
Liverpool need to build back a core of players who know what it means to play for the club. A core of players who love the club. They don’t have that right now.
I know it’s exciting Liverpool have a new manager but still can’t stress enough, there is SO much work to be done. We need about 8 signings this summer if we want to compete
[🟢] NEW: Today, Liverpool tried right up until the very last moment to see whether there was any possibility of continuing talks and negotiations for Dumfries, and to keep the door open, including with the arrival of Iraola.
The answer was no, because Dumfries chose Real Madrid.

▪️ Szoboszlai contract offer
▪️Liverpool prepared to sell star
Liverpool is currently in serious discussions with Dominik Szoboszlai about extending his contract.
The club is looking to improve his personal package to ensure they don’t face another situation like with Trent Alexander-Arnold and Ibrahima Konaté, who both left on free transfers.
This time, Liverpool is taking a proactive approach. With just two years left on Szoboszlai’s deal, they’re not willing to let it run down. If talks don’t progress, the club is prepared to sell him this summer.
It’s a clear message: Liverpool is prioritizing contract management and won’t let valuable players slip away without a fight.
The stakes are high, and the pressure is on for both sides to reach an agreement.
This whole telling players to run their contracts down so they can be signed for nothing needs to stop. Especially for a club like Liverpool who need to make what they spend.
