Having a difficult time putting into words the feeling I had when I left the hospital after doing chest compressions on a coding young person who lost their fight with COVID, to see a normal packed Friday night at bars and restaurants...
I have cried everyday since I’ve accepted this new job and I know i’ll cry every day until I leave. I hate saying good bye families I’ve seen every week for the last 5 years.
I know 2020 has been a literally sh*t show for so many, but I feel so blessed by this year. Lemme count the ways:
💍 Married my sweet Teddy.
🏻🎓 Graduated with my Masters.
🤓 Passed Boards.
👵🏻 Turn 30 in a couple weeks.
😍 New Job closer to home.
I can’t stop crying tears of relief. It’s official. After 2 years of rigorous schooling, traveling, working full freakin time with a 3 hour commute. I did it. I’m officially Bridget Anders, MS, OTR/L ... + damn that feels good.
It feels selfish to say this ... but my masters degree graduation has officially been canceled. I’m sad & disappointed I won’t get to offficial close on this chapter. I’ll just be a #SadGrad
