This is part of Nats problem. The way she would do things is diff. but she’s not the chief & doesn’t get to dictate. but I do think a chief needs to be open to other ways as well & not micromanage when it’s unnecessary, job is getting done & guests are happy #BelowDeckMed

Sometimes two people’s work styles don’t match, which sucks, but as the subordinate (Natalya) it’s your job to do what your boss (Tumi) says unless it’s completely unreasonable or unsafe (it hasn’t been). Natalya is causing so much drama by not just doing her job. #BelowDeckMed
