To make matters worse lyft has no option to speak to a live person so I was stuck trying to find the right help option which doesn’t exist because they only give a minimum amount of help choices.

I will never drive for this app again! They literally refuse to pay me for a ride I gave yesterday. Because the passenger ended our ride early they decided to say it was cancelled and not pay me. That is absolutely disgusting!

I am so disgusted with #Lyft!!
They always find ways to avoid paying us! I had a no show passenger and despite me following all appropriate protocol to cancel the ride after waiting over 10 minutes lyft thinks it’s ethical to pay me NOTHING!
