Great to be back in @DefenceHQ Main Building today meeting with ministers, senior leaders and members from @MODLGBT, @RNCompass, @ArmyLGBT and @RAF_LGBT to discuss the progress we've made, but also the progress we still need to make, with regards to LGBTQ+ inclusion. #LGBTHM22

Really proud of this despite the predictable comments it's inevitably attracted. Some brilliant work put in from across the Department to get to where we are, but still so much more to do to make the MOD a safe and welcoming place for all LGBTQ+ staff #PrideinDefence
