A full CRM is too big, lets reduce it to just an integration overview with collaboration.

Now, the team can have task overview and rich discussion. This paves the way for other plugins later (calendar, files, etc)

@BijouConcierge Good one! I've been thinking about small teams like mortgage or law but it could be any client project that can be taken through phases with comms, collab, etc used throughout.

Maybe not niching in too much and letting these types of uses would be helpful!
