@flyvolaris Everyone!! Do NOT about combo flex! I just called @viajaVolaris @flyvolaris customer service and the guy pretty much admitted that it’s a SCAM!!! We bought it, decided to change the flight, any flight option came out to be more expensive than just buying new tickets online

People, please be careful when buying tickets from @flyvolaris. I was once all about Volaris, now I am really starting to resent them. It’s been a nightmare. I’ve called, WhatsApp, tweeted and no assistance. Calling is just a waste of time.

So @flyvolaris always comes out winning with Combo flex. Literally it’s cheaper to buy new tickets if necessary. So I paid for this insurance and to change the flight the fee is higher than buying new flights. Then they just blow you off and tell you it’s policy.

OMG @flyvolaris did it again! Recommendation to everyone: DO NOT PAY FOR COMBO FLEX, it’s complete bs. They are charging me practically the same price to change my kids flights. It’s absurd. The way it works is that the flights on their platform are always higher
