IMO If your SaaS app has real usecase and truly believe it offers more/much better services than competitors, then you don't need sales calls to force users in subscribing.
Easy to understand UI/UX does the job.
As a introvert I hate getting sales calls.

If you use 'react-router-dom', and your project has muti-level parent-child routes, then you must've/will face a problem of child loader being dependent on parent loader.
