My laptop was fine… All they had to do was replace the trackpad. They even charged me a very small amount for it.

It was a stressful 2 weeks but all is well now.

Thank You God! Thank you to the store staff who was kind and patient enough with me.

I have been contemplating on getting a new laptop even when my current one is perfectly fine so I opted for a battery replacement instead.

Went to a decent store in MOA Cyberzone but things took a new turn….

After 1 week, they told me they tried replacing certain parts to no avail. They were considering a motherboard problem that could cost me so much more.

Another week later, as I was already searching for prices of new laptops due to frustration, the store called me and told me…
