@SF_England 1/2 what can I used for proof children live with me other than TaxCredits or ChildBenefit award? I’ve been chasing them for letters for 2 months now, none have arrived and I only had half of my SF and no childcare grant.

@SF_England Wonderful. So HMRC repeatedly screws up by failing to send me documents and I’m being punished for that - I cannot believe that there isn’t an alternative way. They still haven’t arrived and now I’m facing having to leave Uni.

@SF_England 2/2 I’m now living solely off CB and TC. My daycare providers need paying. But my CCG won’t be processed until SF have sufficient evidence I have children. TC and CB have repeatedly failed to sending me documents that I need so I need an alternative method of proof.

@SF_England No I don’t. I’m a single parent. UC isn’t in my area either. I’ve yet to have my Maintenance Grant, Parents Learning Allowance because SF won’t accept that I have children living with me despite birth certificates and a bank statement showing my TC and CB. 1/2
