Climate-smart eating in Nigeria is not new.
Our grandmothers were already doing it.
Cowpea. Ewedu. Millet. Drought-tolerant. Nutrient-dense. On our plates for centuries.
We do not need to invent the future of food. We need to remember it.
My hot take is, it’s never too late to start afresh or reinvent yourself, time will pass, you might as well get started on what you think is impossible for you in the now.
Wishing you 12 months of success, 52 weeks of laughter, 365 days of fun, 8,760 hours of joy, 525,600 minutes of good luck, and 31,536,000 seconds of happiness.
Happy New Year!
Breastfeeding isn't a one person job. We can all help by listening: no judgment, sharing facts, advocating for friendly policies, and lending a hand with chores. It’s about building a #WarmChain of support so every baby gets the best start in life.
