People are so alienated from the idea that the collective can actually change the society they live in and have settled for the scraps the neoliberal nonsense social media spreads, which is that policing individuals is more important than collective action and organizing.
HOLY SH*T, this parting statement by Scott Pelley is WILD:
"New management has instructed me to INJECT FALSEHOODS AND BIAS into a politically sensitive story. I've been told to include assertions that are unverified."
I bet he knows a LOT more, too. 🔥
“People get used to anything. The less you think about your oppression, the more your tolerance for it grows. After a while, people just think oppression is the normal state of things. But to become free, you have to be acutely aware of being a slave.” -Assata Shakur
la profe preguntó si habían leído charlie y la fábrica de chocolate y un estudiante gritó CHARLI KIRK Y LA FÁBRICA DE BALAS 😭 me dio un poco de risa pero debía guardar la compostura
