Artists, if you keep telling yourselves 'my art isn't god enough to draw this thing in my head, I'll study something instead'
You'll be stuck in a loop, studying endlessly and you will burn out.
Draw the thing you want to do.
Draw it however you'd like.
Fear only keeps you from creating what you love. It's a lie disguised as certainty; a promise that nothing will ever go wrong if you avoid it.
But nothing is certain. And to stay "safe" means you miss out on the things that matter to you.
Go after what matters to you.
If you're stuck comparing your work to others, take a step back from social media.
Set your own definition for what you like in your work, cultivate a solid creative relationship, and THEN work on developing your skills.
