Proud to announce that 9 year NFL vet, starting gaurd in in the 2019 Super Bowl & great guy, @MikePerson68, has started the @5DotAcademy at @spotathletics in Dublin, Oh.
If you are in central Ohio & have an offensive lineman who wants to excel, get them in this program now!
@danielflahie I think the important part here is we all want more research on RPR,
AND it MUST BE LEGITIMATE research. Done by people who understand & apply RPR appropriately.
Not by people who lack the integrity & professionalism to even learn the system in which they claim to b studying.
@danielflahie I get u aren’t trying to make enemies, but this isn’t research on RPR amd for the record, the guy who did the study,
HAS NEVER BEEN THROUGH AN RPR COURSE!
How can u do a study on something u have never learned?
@danielflahie I agree, there needs to be more research. However, If u have been thru the course, then how come u didn’t look at his protocols and know he did not even use RPR. He just made up his own process and called it RPR. That isn’t research on RPR, that is negligent science.
@danielflahie This guy Stephen J Ives, did not follow any of what we teach in RPR.
Do you think promoting a study that follows none of a systems protocols and then claims the system doesn’t work is a responsible thing to do as a professional in our field?
@JoeD_Strength @danielflahie @tjmyslinski Guys, if ur gonna do research, how about collaborating with us so we can ensure u r understanding and applying RPR properly.
This study shows me nothing except a gross misunderstanding of what RPR is and how to apply it.
@danielflahie What was the “pre-exercise warm up routine”?
How long between RPR and lifting?
How was breathing portion of RPR implemented?
The issue I see is a fundamental misunderstanding of what RPR is and how to implement it. If u misapply anything, u won’t get the intended results.
