@AmazonHelp I have already contacted Customer Support, but they said they cannot help in this matter. I specifically asked them to share details of branch where my order was sent for delivery & identity of person who marked product as delivered & took it, but I did not receive any clear info

This is not just about my order. This looks like a delivery scam that may have affected many other customers.

I have full faith in @KashmirPolice that they will look into this matter sincerely and resolve it fairly.

I have his personal number as well as his area manager’s number from that branch.

This raises a serious concern,: who shared my order details with this person?
Was it Amazon itself or employees from the local Amazon branch?
