@zomato @zomatocare : We have been consistently in top 1% spenders on Zomato across India for last 5 / 6 Years, and have VIP mode available for Orders. You are giving silent treatment to concerns being raised here.

@zomatocare @zomatocare : We have not given you any Order Id. How do you know which Order this pertains to? We can convey the Order Id and other details on DM.

[C @_cphr]

@zomato @zomatocare : We ordered a drink from Starbucks on Zomato, it was completely spilled when delivered. We would like to get a refund.

@Eureka_ForbesIN : We are having an issue with a Eureka Forbes Water Purifier. This was purchased a long time ago, and we never registered it. When we are trying to raise a Service Request, Your App, Website, and WhatsApp are asking for Registered Mobile Number, and as such

[C @_cphr]

@EurekaforbesIN @EurekaforbesIN : That is the concern we are raising. We never registered the Product, and as such, we do not have a registered contact number. We can share our contact number so your local team can contact us.

@zomatocare @zomato @zomatocare : We have already given all the information asked for on DM, the screenshots are in this Thread.

[C @_cphr]

@zomato @zomatocare : Your AI Customer Support Chatbot keeps repeating information as if it is talking to children even when there are real issues. We complained about this a while ago and were told that you would stop using AI Chatbot, but it has gotten worse. Examples :

[C @_cphr]

@zomatocare @zomato @zomato @zomatocare : Conicidentally, same thing happened with Blinkit as well. We raised issues regarding deliveries, we were assured that issues will be solved, but things deteriorated. We eventually stopped using Blinkit.

[C @_cphr]

@zomatocare @zomato @zomatocare : If your Chatbot is treating customers like they are fools, YOU are treating customers like they are fools. We'll need to think about not using Zomato if your AI Chatbot continues this pattern of not transferring chat to Human Operators regardless of issue.

[C @_cphr]

@zomatocare @zomato @zomato @zomatocare : Especially because we have already raised the same issue with you on Twitter once before, and we were told that AI Chatbot will be trained to transfer chats to Humans for serious issues. There was some improvement after that, but things have gotten worse.

[C @_cphr]

@zomatocare @zomato @zomatocare : We have shared Order IDs. At the same time, this is not about specific Orders. This is about your AI Chatbot treating your Customers like they are kids. You need to understand that your AI Chatbot is the primary way for Customers to interact with you.
