RUTO wants to take a 100B loan against the 1.5% affordable housing tax remittances so he can build 250,000 houses.
We have remitted above 360B so far.
Where is that money since we don't even have 100000 houses built in 4 years?

Thank you for your support. This petition is about protecting justice. When the Court of Appeal bends the law to shield government agencies, it betrays the people. The JSC must act, not to defend judges, but to defend the Constitution. Justice must remain impartial, and no one should be placed above accountability. This is the moment to restore faith in our Judiciary.

Colonial rule was not just about controlling land and labour. It was about controlling culture, expression, assembly, and identity.
The language sounds ridiculous today. The mentality should concern us even more.

Dear PS Dr. Ouma Oluga,
A simple google search shows that passengers and thus patients can be moved from DRC to USA via: Brussels, Addis Ababa, Doha and Nairobi. Sir, these cities offer direct connections too. Doktari I wish you an option-filled nice blessed day sir. @fnoluga ⚖️
Kenyan police, after "successful" dispersing crowds, why the need to hunt them down like criminals? Surely picketing doesn't warrant the force being used. We have to get rid of this police bad culture completely!
A three judge bench at the high court Nairobi has upheld Okiya Omtatah Okoiti's argument that the Southlands Estate Affordable Housing Project in Lang'ata was done without proper Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) compliance and stakeholder consultation.
The court has ruled that the project violated constitutional requirements including inadequate public participation, breaches of environmental laws among other issues related to land use planning like the site involving areas reserved for transport corridors or buffers.
Therefore, the project has been stopped and the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) licence quashed.
This afternoon at 2:00 PM, I will address the country on a petition I have filed before the Judicial Service Commission seeking the removal of three Court of Appeal judges.
The issues at stake go to the heart of justice, accountability, and fidelity to our Constitution.

I invite the media and all Kenyans interested in the rule of law to follow this important address.
Kenyans deserve justice that is transparent, reasoned, and accountable.
Today, I have petitioned the Judicial Service Commission @jsckenya to investigate three Court of Appeal judges who suspended High Court orders blocking the Kenya-US Health Cooperation Framework, but withheld their reasons for doing so until October 2026.
My concern is not that they ruled against me. It is that an immediately enforceable decision was issued without reasons, effectively frustrating a timely appeal to the @THE_SCOK and denying Kenyans meaningful access to justice.
Judicial independence must be protected. But independence and accountability must go hand in hand. No institution is above the Constitution.

An MCA’s primary role as clearly defined under Article 185 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 and Section 9 of the County Governments Act 2012 is to legislate, represent the people, and provide oversight in the ward.
Actual development funds and project implementation rest with the County Executive, per the separation of powers in the Constitution and the County Governments Act.
Blaming MCAs alone for every unfinished project is dishonest and misleading.
However, MCAs must account to wananchi: Which Bills or Motions they have sponsored and successfully passed in the County Assembly that have directly benefited the people.
This is the real civic awakening we need. Busia County, Marachi West Ward MCA engaging his electorate

Gen-Z activist Chama, popularly known as “Mr Speaker Sir,” has resurfaced after 1 year and 9 months in hiding following his role in the 2024 anti-Finance Bill protests.
Chama said he can no longer live in fear despite alleged threats to his life, adding that he has chosen to begin a new chapter by speaking out openly rather than remaining in hiding. He also announced that Embakasi East MP Babu Owino will act as his advocate in any matters concerning him.
