@TELMEXSoluciona Hola, buen día. Me cerraron mi folio de seguimiento y ni si quiera resolvieron mi problema de internet, ya va para 2 semanas sin el servicio. Tuve que abrir otro folio nuevo, ya cansado esto.

@TELMEXSoluciona llevo 6 días sin servicio de internet. Su linea de soporte no sirva para nada, solo responden que ellos no pueden hacer nada mas. De qué sirve que agende la visita de un técnico si ni se presentan, 6 días tratando de que alguien venga a revisar el servicio y nada
