@johnstultz_work Eventually it’ll put us in a similar place to Make, where fragments may be able to be shared between the Android build definitions and upstream. Or maybe, with lots of conditionals and careful updates, full definitions — but that‘ll cause problems with automated update tooling.

@johnstultz_work Not significantly, the Android build is always going to be somewhat unique and incompatible with standalone Bazel builds (we need all the extra partition/compatability information, and Android has far more [host] hermetic requirements that what Bazel supports)
