@by_Kernow This isn’t really helpful though is it, you don’t know if the service isn’t running or it doesn’t have signal. Surely if it’s not running then someone will know and can send out a tweet. Children are not getting to school because the bus doesn’t turn up. It’s not good enough.

@by_Kernow Hi Cloe, we were at East Taphouse, I’ve had to take my daughter to the train station, we waited over 20 minutes. It’s not the first time either, this happens a lot and she’s only been using it a couple of months. It’s getting ridiculous.
