Made a pretty big mistake getting sucked into @SurveyMonkey’s pro yearly subscription without reading the fine print. No chance of a refund upon cancellation. Only annual subscriptions. Evil that a SaaS in 2019 can have this policy. Go with the alternatives. What a waste of $$$.
