@_darlingston_ @sparktvuganda Great idea. Heavy annual tax on properties built in wetlands. But also fine city councils that issue building permits in wetlands.

@sparktvuganda Instead of bringing down expensive buildings.. I suggest they introduce a “National Environment tax ” where by these people pay a given amount of money per year.. this money redirected in recovery of other savable wetlands.
