Anthropic's MCP is a thing of beauty. This makes AI agents 100x more powerful.

MCP stands for "Model Context Protocol." It's an open standard for connecting AI with data. Instead of worrying about 10,000 different ways to do the same thing, MCP provides a standard approach.

• To expose your data to AI → Use an MCP server
• To access data → Build an MCP client

However, the MCP specification is new, so there aren't many applications with MCP servers right now, and some of the ones you'll find are very limited.

The best place you can go right now to access 250+ servers is Composio-MCP (created by the @composio team; see link below):

• They support hundreds of applications
• They manage authentication and authorization for your MCP integration
• Support for 20,000+ different actions for automation
• Very easy to integrate with Claude and Cursor

Here is a simple example:

You add Slack, GitHub, and Linear servers to Cursor using Composio-MCP. You can then ask Cursor to work on the top-priority issue from Linear, finish it, submit a pull request to GitHub, and notify the team on Slack. Suddenly, Cursor is not just about coding but an end-to-end workspace.

This might be the thing that makes AI agents explode in popularity.

@RealDonKeith Disagree. He conflating two things into one: sexual attraction and motivation. Sexual attraction is hardwired in. Making decisions on # of sexual partners or to beat your friend up is motivation. His claim gay attraction is the same type of motivation is non equivocal.
