@OneArmWonder @tbouthillet Have have telehealth paid for by mcare/mcaid/signa. If CC is low acuity, & vitals meet criteria, & they have one of these insurances, we telehealth. May result in urgent care diversion, stay at home, treat in place, meds called into pharmacy for them.

The most rushed shot I've ever captured in my life. A @SpaceX rocket just flew over my backyard. It was moving so fast I barely had time to grab a camera. This might be one of my favorite shots of all time, and it's a miracle it's in focus.
