First of all learning expired due to slot not booking and now again happening the same .
Why only 1 min time is there , even that is fine but slots are vacant with 15 sec.

@UPSRTCHQ my sister is travelling from Hariharpur to Gorakhpur via khalilabad on daily basis. But at the time of returning no conductor of Lucknow , Delhi route @UPSRTCHQ are not allowing her to sit in bus for khalilabad destination

Hi ,
I have booked my flight two times but before two days it got automatically cancelled and there is no option for refund . If I want to reschedule it to another way it denied . It's urgent so please suggest me the better way.
