Years ago , we acted for one landlord in a recovery of premises matter.

Struggled with the very trouble some tenant for almost one year. Eventually we got judgement against him.

Tenant still refused to leave!!!

We had to go through the enforcement route. When I gave the landlord the bill for enforcement, he hissed and hung up.

The next day , tenant gave me around 10 missed calls in the night.

I didn’t pick.

Next day , I returned his call and he told me to help him beg the landlord that he had left.

I was shocked.

Apparently, someone had dropped one big pot of Juju in front of of the tenants gate.

Through out the night it was bringing out fire and smoke

The tenant was out that day🤣🤣🤣🤣!!!!
