🧠 Di akademi Como , pemain U-10 kini tidak lagi boleh melakukan sundulan. Bahkan saat pertandingan.

Bukan karena ingin mengubah sepak bola, tetapi untuk melindungi perkembangan otak pemain muda sejak dini.

Mulai musim ini, Como menerapkan aturan heading baru secara bertahap di seluruh akademinya.

📌 Aturannya:

⚽ U-10
Tidak boleh heading saat latihan maupun pertandingan. Throw-in dan corner diganti dengan umpan menyusur tanah.

⚽ U-11
Masih tanpa heading. Teknik baru dikenalkan di akhir musim menggunakan bola yang lebih ringan.

⚽ U-12
Latihan heading maksimal 1 kali per bulan, hanya 5 sundulan per sesi.

⚽ U-13
Latihan maksimal 1 kali per minggu, tetap hanya 5 sundulan per sesi. Di pertandingan, heading masih belum diperbolehkan.

Varane, anggota Board of Education Como, menegaskan bahwa kesehatan pemain muda harus menjadi prioritas karena otak mereka masih berkembang.

Sementara itu, Osian Roberts menjelaskan bahwa berkurangnya latihan sundulan memberi lebih banyak waktu untuk mengembangkan first touch, scanning, orientasi tubuh, dan pengambilan keputusan.

Como juga akan mengatur jumlah sundulan dalam latihan, menghindari penggunaan bola yang terlalu keras, serta menyediakan panduan bagi pelatih dan orang tua.

Bukan melarang sundulan, tetapi mengajarkannya pada waktu yang tepat. Sebuah pendekatan modern yang menunjukkan bahwa membangun pemain hebat juga berarti menjaga kesehatan mereka sejak dini.

Efeknya, HRD jadi kebingungan ngefilter lautan sarjana ini. Solusinya? Mereka nyiptain rintangan ala Ninja Warrior atau Hunger Games (Online Test berlapis, FGD/LGD, presentasi kasus, psikotes berjam-jam).

Proses ribet itu berevolusi bukan karena kerjaannya butuh skill yang bagus, tapi semata-mata buat nge-eliminasi ribuan kandidat dengan cepet aja. 🤓

Supply and Demand buat lapangan pekerjaan disini juga jomplang banget cik. Supply tenaga kerja di Indo kata GIBRAN membludak ruah, sedangkan lapangan kerjanya seret.

Dulu orang nonton bola sebagai hiburan utama, skr alternatif saja.

Jadi penonton fokusnya terpecah.

Florentino Perez udah bilang kalau penonton bola itu menurun, terutama di level kelompok usia remaja dan anak2.

Hal ini kemudian berdampak pada perputaran uang yang berkaitan dengan Piala Dunia.

Kalau eventnya sendiri duitnya besar, tp sekarang trickle down effectnya kerasa kalau menurun.

Dulu orang marketing nimbrung ke sepakbola karena hypenya besar banget, sekarang sampai H-2 ini temen2 akun bola ga banyak dapat sponsor

Andoni Iraola rasanya ngga perlu lama belajar menjiwai Liverpool, sebagai klub, maupun kota. Dalam hal ini kultur, etos dan disiplin kerja.

Sebagai orang Basque, dari kota kecil Usurbil merantau ke Bilbao sejak usia 17 tahun, jelas sudah cukup membentuk karakter umum yang sama dengan Liverpool.

Bilbao dan Liverpool secara sosial punya kemiripan, keduanya sama sama kota dengan pelabuhan dan industri di masa lalu. Sama sama pernah mengalami krisis ekonomi, pengangguran akibat pergeseran sosial.

Mental, kolektifitas etos kelas pekerja pastinya lekat dengannya.

Secara geografis, Bilbao dilintasi sungai Nervion, di Liverpool ada Mersey river.
