also, with timestamp you are responsible for providing a value yourself, so different services must be synced. That may not be an anti-pattern, but it does make the system a bit more complex.

@mattbonig @katavic_d and in my case, the primary key for that index is always the same. Even though hot partitions are mostly covered by "adaptive capacity" you still need to confirm on hard limits on maximum possible RCU and WCU on a single partition
