Just asking, if everything turns out to be a lie or a misrepresentation of the truth at the end of s3, does this also apply to Gabi? Or is she still just evil woman who made Lestat the way he is?
Thank you, amc, for poisoning the well when it comes to her.
No, they're watching it correctly. You have gaslit yourself because you didn't like what you have gotten so far. So you invented a conspiracy to make it better. But it won't be and it isn't.
No one can stop me from printing this, framing it, and hanging it on my office wall with my prints of Botticelli’s The Birth of Venus and detail of The Three Graces from Primavera.
@alinerearmand Completely agree. I get so annoyed when I see ppl on here and insta saying “ppl who don’t like it haven’t read the books, this is the real Lestat.” No, it’s not. I’d say the same for Armand. I love Assad’s Armand so much but show Armand and book Armand are different.
Can someone explain why that one review or whatever said Lestat was afraid of Marius? No one in tvc is afraid of Marius. You can insult him to his face or put him through abject horrors and at worst he just holds a grudge. Lestat traveled the earth begging for him on his knees.
CONGRATULATIONS to Assad Zaman and the entire team behind "The Fox and the Grapes" for winning the audience vote for Best Film at the Brighton Rocks Online Film Festival 👏🥹💖 very well-deserved for this amazing film
hi, i'm a TVL writer and my character spent 40 years having her body treated as a tool for reproduction and men's needs, so obviously her empowering arc is using her own body as a tool to provoke her son by fucking his doppelganger and pretending to feel any pleasure in it 🥰🥰🥰
I don't want lesmand to be... idk... mundane I guess. I don't want it to be something casual that happened. A little blip in their history. I want it be the worse and best thing. I want it to feel big! Big tragedy, big love, big hate, big feelings. I want it to haunt them forever
Where is the empathy Hannah M claims to have for Gabriella in the pages that she oversaw the writing of? Because Gabriella is the "grinning villain" in them, not her husband. As I said to oomf the other day, she's not given the grace other characters get for why they're flawed:
I was so disappointed with Armand being used as the punching bag / butt of the joke again by high-school-bully-style writing choices that I logged off and I’ve never felt so good tbh.
