@GWRHelp@GWRHelp again, this is due to 1C82 reversing at Reading West and terminating at Reading and 1C84 also terminating at Reading. Both due to no diversion knowledge via Bristol.
Can you please have Cross Country Country ticket acceptance onto 1V58 to connect off 1C18 at Bristol?
@GWRHelp hi, due to Readin Eest line issues...and 2 trains in a row turfed off at Reading full and standing, various people are going via Bristol to try and get to Exeter and Plymouth. Can you please get ticket acceptance allowed on Cross Country between Bristol and Plymouth?

@AvantiWestCoast Hi, notice on the website that tonight's last 2 Avanti trains from Wolverhampton to Euston 20:45 & 21:37 are already cancelled. I have an Avanti only ticket and can only get to Wolverhampton until 8pm. Will ticket acceptance be in place on West Midland Railway?

@easyJet Dear @easyJet I was told in the DM to that it had been escalated to the team to re-open my expenses case and get back if no response had been had in 7 days.
7 days later, I have had no email. What is next as it hasnt been dealt with as promised?
@easyJet Done an expenses claim for a flight cancellation. I was asked for more information on my hotel by email, and I sent the information back by email just over an hour later. Why do I now have an email saying claim is closed because I didn't respond, when I did?

But why say customer inactivity when I responded twice to the language request, and 10 mins later say customer inactivity, and end the conversation. I feel like this is being done on purpose now.
@easyJet hi, doing your expenses claim form, why won't it accept any of my attachments I am providing? (Keeps saying invalid file size or file type when it is JPG and below 5MB)
@easyJet hi, stuck in Madeira. App saying next option not until Sat or Mon. I have found an EasyJet flight option on Wed with a change overnight, both EasyJet, both have spaces available, but transfer onto this option isn't being offered. Please help as I need to get back earlier
