@Grimhood @ResilientDad Thank you for the quick reply. It’s for my wife, she’s mainly eating paleo and doing IF but loves to snack. Her circadian rhythm is completely off. Going to have her clean up the diet more and work on a better sleep pattern

@ResilientDad @Grimhood I know this is an old thread but I found it using the search function. I keep seeing lots of sun is helpful for eczema but it seems any sun exposure causes it to flare up. Any suggestions?
