@Guusdewaard@StanSavj Interesting observation! I have no info about a RV infarction. However, that non-conducted P wave appears to be an early PAC, so I think this is a functional non-conduction rather than a pathological AV block.

Primarily unnoticed Ao dissection 🙊 with secondary LM obstruction. The LM stent was nevertheless probably life-saving. The thrombus likely due to cardiogenic shock.
