@HMRCcustomers I’m struggling to get through on the phone! I’m paying tax but haven’t received my personal allowance. Does this mean I will receive a tax rebate in April?

@HMRCcustomers My earnings are up to date and my tax code is the usual one. So I am being taxed as though I have already earned my personal allowance, when I haven’t. Does that make sense? Everything is up to date however I haven’t earned the amount yet am still being taxed.

@HMRCcustomers Yes - when I log all of my personal tax details it says I should have paid £0 tax, as I only started working in october and haven’t yet earned £12,560 / won’t have earned this by April.
