@OctopusEnergy please explain why we’ve been charged £1963 for 1 MONTH for gas. Previous month charged £420. Customer service saying it’s due to estimating gas, but meter readings have been submitted 3/4 months of tenancy. This is the sort of thing that keeps people up at night.
