@Afrihost I waited over an hour for a reply on WhatsApp and then when I took 5 minutes to send a photo because my internet is slow to non-existent (hence the support call) and the guy closed the chat! WTFFFFFFFF

@Afrihost I eventually had someone respond to me at 9:52, but apparently they can't help me until I get home and plug a laptop into the router and do some checks.
@Afrihost Why is it taking so long to get technical support this morning? I tried to call and it says there is a 15 minute wait so I used WhatsApp and have been waiting for someone to respond since 9:36...?
@OrderinHelp I can't get hold of you by phone and no one is responding on the chat. My order is delayed AGAIN and I called the restaurant and it's ready and they also can't get hold of you....what's going on?
