@TravelodgeUK disgraceful experience in Windsor. Booked room not available on arrival trying to send us to slough. Staff refused to provide any contact details for complaints/management. Now £120 out for another hotel. Please provide a number so I can contact for compensation.

@GlossyboxUK you’ve sent my box to the incorrect address 650 miles away. Been emailing and seem to just get ‘it’s been sent to incorrect address’ How do I go about getting a refund and cancelling cause the response has been ridiculous.
