I’ve written a book about my time as President. It’s called PROMISE ME, AMERICA. It’s coming out November 17th and is available for preorder now.

In the quiet corners of love, we all have those moments when our partner’s words cut a little too deep, and we instinctively curl inward—protecting our hearts while the emotions swirl. This is me when you’re mean to me, retreating into my safe space, feeling the sting of misunderstanding or frustration in our connection. But even in that small, vulnerable ball of feelings, I’m reminded that every couple faces these triggers as part of growing together. It’s not the end, it’s an invitation to breathe, communicate with kindness, and come back closer—stronger, more understanding, and deeply committed to the beautiful journey we chose.
Every relationship has its tender retreats and heartfelt reunions.

When you carry a pure soul and move through the world with honest intentions, you are vibrating at a frequency that is rare and luminous. You are like a light that has traveled from a distant, peaceful star, bringing a warmth that is both ancient and deep. However, it is a great and sometimes painful truth that not everyone is ready to sit by your fire.
The energy you carry—the kind that gives without a hidden motive and loves without an agenda—is a language that many have forgotten how to speak.
For some, your goodness is a foreign country they have never visited. They have spent their lives in worlds built on transactions, guarded hearts, and the fear of being used. Because of this, when they encounter your "pure soul" energy, they don't always recognize it as love. To them, it feels strange, or perhaps even suspicious.
They may not be receptive to your kindness, not because you have done something wrong, but because they have no "inner shelf" to place it on. They have never experienced a heart that wants the best for them, and so they react with confusion, distance, or silence.
It is a heavy lesson to learn, but an important one: Do not be surprised when your energy is not reciprocated.
When you pour your light into a vessel that is not yet open, the light will spill over the sides. This is not a reflection of your worth, nor is it a sign that you should dim your glow. It is simply a matter of timing and readiness. Some people are still navigating their own shadows, and your light may feel too bright for eyes that have been in the dark for too long.
Don't take it personally: Their inability to receive your love is about their history, not your quality.
Don't change your nature: Never trade your honesty for someone else's comfort.
Keep giving, but become more selective about where you allocate your resources.
Your "honest intentions" are your greatest spiritual asset. They are the anchor that keeps you steady when the world feels cold. If you start to pull back your kindness just because it wasn't returned, you allow the world to change who you are. Instead, choose to remain "pure" because that is your natural state—not because you are looking for a specific reaction from others.
Realize that by simply existing as a pure soul, you are performing a sacred service. You are showing people that a different way of living is possible. Even if they aren't receptive today, you have planted a memory of goodness in their spirit that may bloom years from now.
Trust the universe to bring you toward the souls who do speak your language—the ones who will see your honest intentions and meet them with their own. Until then, keep shining. Your energy is a gift, and the right hearts will always know exactly how to treasure it.

History has officially been made. Catholics are now almost 18% (~17.7%) of the world population 🇻🇦 at a record number of 1.42B
According to the Vatican’s latest official records, the global Catholic population has just reached a staggering 1.422 billion baptized members for the very first time.
That’s a remarkable jump of 16 million people in just one single year.
The #GospelOfTheDay (Mt 5:17-37) offers us this valuable teaching: minimal righteousness is not enough. We must have great love, which is possible with the power of God.
