🔊🐦 It's feeding time again in our bird nursery for the baby swallows! These youngsters each arrived at Tiggywinkles needing a helping hand. Our dedicated team is now providing the care, warmth & regular feeds they need to grow strong & healthy to eventually fly out to the wild.
This boy set up at station where all the school buses parked for the game. Must have cooked and served 1000 hot dogs. Didn't want a penny. Must have gave out 1000 cold beers as well. Wouldn't accept a penny.
I believe his name is Brian. Hero

🎶 "We've got McGinn! Super John McGinn!" 🎶 Children at Aston Villa captain's John McGinn's old school in Clydebank couldn't wait to see their Soctland hero in action at the World Cup - and he didn't disappoint as he scored the only goal in the 1-0 win over Haiti 🏆
🌍⚽️ We are so incredibly proud to see our former pupil John McGinn leading the way for Scotland tonight. The whole school is cheering you and the boys on! Show them how to do it, John! 🏴
Seeing the scenes of the Tartan Army in Boston and Scotland’s win last night makes me immensely proud. My thoughts go to my pal Andy Bent who would have loved every minute. Miss you. 🏴 #BrainTumourAwareness#TartanArmy#NoScotlandNoParty

🚨 ANOTHER NYC CARRIAGE HORSE IS
DEAD 🚨
This heartbreaking footage was taken in Central Park and shows Deniz, a 16-year-old carriage horse, taking his final breaths after collapsing while pulling passengers.
Join us Wednesday, June 10 at 12 PM on the steps of City Hall for a major rally reintroducing Ryder's Law and demanding that the New York City Council Speaker Julie Menin, and Mayor Zohran Mamdani advance and pass Ryder's Law to end this horrific suffering once and for all. Tonight's tragic and preventable death is a devastating reminder that this legislation cannot wait.
Horrified New Yorkers watched as Deniz struggled in agony before dying in front of a crowd of shocked and heartbroken witnesses. Some were crying and hugging one another as they watched.
No horse should suffer and die this way in the middle of New York City.
Deniz's death underscores the urgent need to pass Ryder's Law before another horse is killed or more people are injured.
