@GWRHelp I've had 3 train cancellation in the last 24hours... Yes I get my £ back but what about the fact I've had to spend 3x the value getting another train at last minute rates??! Or the fact I've been delayed over 5 hours total?

@WestMidRailway @nationalrailenq No - i was supposed to get the 20:07 train and no bus appeared. Your previous response did not specify only one bus available. I had to wait till the 21.45 train.

Told there was no rail replacement ordered for this route... So thanks... Stood in cold with 8week old for no reason and could have organised lift with car seat if I knew
