@BowflexSupport Hi! So, I have a VeloCore and it is 1 year old. I wanted to love this bike…alas it freezes, it crashes, JRNY is just a bit of a disaster. I’m in the Bowflex groups so I know that many people are having issues with JRNY being unstable. Is it being fixed?

@BowflexSupport I can’t wait to try it out and see if it’s a smooth ride.The issue with the bike not going to sleep will be corrected in a future update, but they gave me a workaround. So, I’m happy. The moral of this story is, don’t panic, don’t wait to see if it’ll improve-just call support.

@BowflexSupport UPDATE: I called JRNY Support. They were very helpful, easy to talk to, and they apologized for the inconvenience. After an uninstall/reinstall of JRNY, things look good.
