Thank you Commission on Audit for confirming what I have been pointing out for several weeks.
Philhealth's net worth is negative.
Its reserves are not enough to cover liabilities.
There is doubt on its ability to maintain services as a going concern.
It was directed to follow internationally accepted accounting standards.

Why are you assigning me project headships when I may no longer be around in a few months? 🙃
I thought we had an understanding that I’ll be exiting soon 🤭
Exams are not supposed to be punitive. They never should be. But if the students request for a Final Examination instead of a Creative Output, it becomes punitive for the teacher and to an extent, the students.
Anyway.
* proceeds to typing up an exam 🙃

One quirky thing about me is being familiar with the Turumba Festival, the Philippines’ longest celebrated festival taking place in the town of Pakil, Laguna.
Random things 😅
Don’t be fooled by false claims of the People’s Republic of China. The truth is, in the once calm South China Sea, the People’s Republic of China initially disrupted peace and stability by fabricating pretexts for operationalizing its baseless dotted lines and illegally justifying their presence when none existed in the Spartlys before 1988.
In 1988, there was a skirmish between the military forces of China and Vietnam in the Johnson South Reef. To this day, Vietnam continues to face the illegal presence and activities of China.
In 2013, a Chinese coast guard vessel anchored in Luconia Shoals, a low-tide elevation inside Malaysia's Exclusive Economic Zone, despite the deepening diplomatic relations between China and Malaysia.
In 1995, China occupied and built structures on top of Mischief Reef, another low tide elevation. located 130 nautical miles from Palawan and falls within Philippine EEZ. China initially said the structures were just “shelters of fishermen.”However, in 1999, Manila protested again when China added more structures to Mischief Reef. The decision to run aground BRP Sierra Madre was a response to China's deceptive actions and the concern that they would encroach on other shoals near Mischief Reef. Google Mischief Reef now. Are they “shelters for fishermen?”
Chinese encroachments in the South China Sea have had a significant impact on the lives and livelihoods of people in the region. Fishermen from countries such as the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Malaysia have reported being unable to access their traditional fishing grounds for years due to Chinese vessels chasing them away.
Furthermore, the Chinese Coast Guard has been disrupting longstanding oil exploration activities of other countries in the South China Sea. They have interfered with operations in Malaysia's Kasawari, Vietnam's Nam Con Son gasfield, and Indonesia's Tuna gasfield, all without basis under international law. These actions have escalated tensions in the region and hindered the legitimate economic activities of these countries.
