“We’re gonna go win a lot of games this year, play great, and win a super bowl.”
Joe Burrow was as nonchalant as humanly possible — when he casually said the Bengals will win the Super Bowl this season.
“Everything that comes with that, comes with that.”

Joe Burrow Sees Something Special In His Bengals: "When you have young guys like that and veterans like we do, it’s a recipe for success.” https://t.co/wnCvmx38eW
Classic "Heads I win, tails you lose" nonsense from Schefter.
If the Bengals don't take the swing for Lawrence, the narrative is, "What does Burrow think about the lack of aggression", and when they do take the swing, it turns into, "If the results don't follow, will Burrow be happy?"
Schefter needs to stick to copying and pasting agent texts on personnel matters/transactions and save the tired narratives masquerading as analysis.
Burrow gets blamed for losses/missing the playoffs even though many of the analytics show how he’s been the dominant QB recently.
In Buffalo the media will throw any and every excuse in the world to not blame Allen.
Bills had a better HC, OL, TE, RB and D. Bengals better WR
@JakeLiscow It feels like plenty of people are upset over this presser. I think the idea that he was strictly deflecting and giving non-answers is generally incorrect. I felt like he was being honest without giving away too much. I’m not sure what else people expect.
