@Sainsburys_Bank Thanks, Martina, this info is helpful but as I have already taken the time to write and send a letter and work full time, I will struggle to get time to call. Does this mean that no one will respond to the letter I sent and I should only call, likely during my own working hours?

@Sainsburys_Bank any advice on how to raise a complaint about car insurance/service? Car was hit in March & only picked up for repairs today after having to do half the work myself. Nothing in the process has gone smoothly including todays hire car which still hasn't arrived.
