Aggregation platforms have consolidated pretty much all distribution power so the average media operator can only win by creating superior content, consistently, for years.

There is no escape from the demands of creative excellence.

Cannot emphasise this enough — exercise.

Doesn’t matter what kind, which time of the day or for how long. Our bodies are so responsive, you’ll notice a difference in your breathing, posture, mindset, mood, focus…everything.

Ask yourself how can this be a simple, effective and joyful experience. For me, it’s a slow paced virtual yoga class with 4 - 5 other women. I’ve calendarised it just like any other meeting of the day, and it’s working wonderfully.

It’s imp to make it something you do because you want to, not because you *have to*. The stories we tell ourselves are so important — they become the reason we come back every single week or postpone to the next. 🧘🏾‍♀️
